Yousuf Nabi is the Owner and CEO of Gotham IP, bringing more than two decades of proven experience in leadership, operations, and strategic management. Known for his entrepreneurial vision and disciplined execution, Yousuf has successfully built and scaled businesses across multiple industries.

In 2016, Yousuf founded Gotham IP Holdings, the parent company overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes Gotham Bail Bonds, Gotham Immigration Bonds, Gotham Insurance Services, and Gotham Investigations. Under his leadership, Gotham Bail Bonds expanded rapidly, now serving over 50 counties throughout California, with offices established in each county.

Yousuf’s business acumen gained national recognition when Forbes named Gotham one of the standout startups of the year in 2016. Continuing to diversify, he entered the food and franchise sector in 2019 as a franchise owner of Mrs. Fields Cookies. By 2020, he successfully grew the brand from a single location to multiple outlets across California and Nevada, while also adding TCBY to the portfolio that same year.

His expansion efforts continued with the acquisition of a Carniceria Market in Southern California in 2021, followed by the incorporation of Sbarro Pizza in 2022. In 2023, Yousuf further strengthened Gotham IP’s financial services footprint with the launch of Gotham Surety and Fidelity Bonds.

Under Yousuf Nabi’s visionary leadership, Gotham Cookies, Inc. has flourished, operating more than 25 locations across California, Nevada, Washington, and Hawaii. 

In 2025, Yousuf and his executive team expanded once again with the launch of Nero&Crema Gelato, adding a premium Gelato concept to Gotham IP’s growing food and beverage portfolio.

Collectively, the companies under the Gotham IP umbrella employ over 250 team members, reflecting Yousuf’s commitment to building scalable, people-driven organizations. As ventures such as Gotham Motorsports continue to grow, Yousuf remains focused on innovation, strategic acquisitions, and long-term value creation—solidifying Gotham IP’s reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking enterprise.
